Shipping costs
Freight is free worldwide on every machine to the destinations available at checkout, including Alaska and Hawaii. There are no handling, crating or fuel surcharges added at checkout. Destination availability remains subject to payment-provider and legal restrictions.
A residential liftgate service is available on request at no additional charge if you do not have a forklift or loading dock — reply to your order confirmation email to add it.
Processing & transit times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. U.S. freight transit is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on distance from Fort Lauderdale, FL. U.S. delivery window: roughly 6–12 business days from order. International transit varies by destination, freight route and customs clearance; contact us for an estimate for your country.
You receive a tracking number and carrier name by email as soon as the crate is booked, and you can check status any time on our order tracking page.
Delivery appointment
The freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule a curbside delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the crate. Please make sure a truck can reach your address; if access is restricted, tell us before dispatch so we can arrange a terminal pickup.
Inspect before you sign
Inspect the crate for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt and photograph it. Email photos to support@titantrenchsupply.shop within 48 hours and we will file the freight claim and arrange repair or replacement parts at no cost to you.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your machine has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace the shipment with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose a replacement machine or a full refund.
